Conference Registration Fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. ISARS Membership
All regular delegates of the Conference are required to be members of ISARS.
The ISARS Membership Fee is separate from the Conference Registration Fee.
Membership fees are managed directly by the ISARS headquarters in Rome and are not collected, verified, or confirmed by the Local Organizing Committee (LOC).
Participants are solely responsible for ensuring their membership status with ISARS prior to or during Conference registration.
3. Participation and Conduct
The Conference reserves the right to deny admission or remove participants who engage in disruptive, abusive, or unethical behavior.
Participants must comply with all guidelines provided by the LOC, including safety regulations, venue policies, and online participation protocols (if applicable).
4. Submissions and Intellectual Property
By submitting proposals, papers, or other materials to the Conference, participants grant the organizers a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute such materials for academic and promotional purposes (e.g., program booklets, conference website, or archival records).
Participants remain the copyright holders of their submitted works.
5. Photography, Recording, and Media
The LOC may take photographs, audio, or video recordings during Conference events.
By participating, attendees consent to the use of their likeness and contributions for non-commercial academic and promotional purposes.
6. Changes to the Conference
The LOC reserves the right to make changes to the Conference program, schedule, or venue when necessary.
In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest), the LOC may modify, postpone, or cancel the Conference.
In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and the organizers assume no responsibility for any additional costs incurred by participants (e.g., travel, accommodation).
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Conference organizers shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during participation in the Conference.
Participants are solely responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation, visa documentation, and insurance coverage.
